Every project has to be compressible into a scope that can be finished. If it can't be scoped, it can't be started. Dependencies stay minimal. Maintenance surface stays small.
If it doesn't fit the constraint space, it doesn't ship.
Strategic direction comes from one person who answers for it. Decisions derive from constraint viability and market conditions, not consensus or momentum.
Each project is designed to be self-contained. It can be maintained, transferred, or separated without collapsing anything else. No project depends on the survival of another.
Focus on one primary project. Context-switching degrades everything it touches. Depth over breadth.
Ideas have to survive compression. If a proposal can't be reduced to its mechanical structure and still hold, it isn't ready. A compelling narrative is not a substitute for clarity about how something actually works.
Good ideas fit the constraint space. They don't overwhelm it.
Structural coherence comes before strategy, revenue, and reputation. Everything above serves that.
